Buying a car from a Chrysler Car Dealer
I'm shopping for a Dodge Grand Caravan SXT or Town and Country with at least a 3.8 engine. No frills needed. I have 14k to buy it outright. Is a new 2009 one possible? If not, is it possible to find a 2008 one with 10,000 or less miles on it for that price OR LESS? I need to walk out with the car at that price after all closing fees.. taxes included. What would be some approximate best deals I should be able to get with that cash.. thanks for any replies... I'm not that experienced with this so any advice would be appreciated.. I'm not looking to do any financing.
Hi boesman1. For October Chrysler is providing 0% to 7.9% financing plus $2,000 customer cash OR $2,500 - $3,500 Customer Cash (the amount varies by trim level and region) AND up to an additional $1,000 bonus cash in select regions. I can tell you exactly what incentives are available in your area if you tell me what state you are in. Car_man Host Prices Paid: Buying & Leasing Experiences Forum
The gas program is interesting, but the fine print indicates that it is not compatible with the lease cash program...so apparantly it's one or the other. From what I can tell it is $3K lease cash -OR- $1K bonus cash plus the gas program. Can't have both. Too bad as I think that would have been the deal closer for me. I'll guess I'll just keep beating on my dealer...
Don't even know what MSRP is since we never pay attention to that number. We pull the Dealer invoice and begin negotiations on that number. The dealer agreed to discount the car $1000 under the dealer invoice, still leaving plenty of kickback money for them. Chysler was offering $1500 cash back in addition to another $1000 for an owner loyalty promotion. Ask to see the dealer invoice on the car you are considering OR find it online.
Pretty new to the leasing scene. We've been looking at the pacifica.... 06 touring awd w/dvd and 06 limited w/dvd. We received a quote and thought that it was kind of high. We are hoping someone out there could give us some insight. Westbury/Long Island dealer offered 39 month lease touring awd w/dvd $1800. + first month... $425./month OR 39 month limited w/dvd $1800. + first month.... $634.73... These prices sound very high... considering that we were quoted a better price from Volvo! In addition, 39 months is kind of long. Please give any feedback possible including any good deals that you may have found. All is greatly appreciated!
