Feb MF, 3 yr lease, 12000 miles, 15000 miles by asteinberg on Tue Feb 01 18:28:19 PST 2011

I'm STILL waiting on delivery of 2011 535i. The first delivery was stick shift, which I did not order. I've been very patient with the reorder and delayed delivery. I had more attractive offers for Mercedes and Audi but decided to stay with BMW due to the good safety ratings on the 2011, but with ambivalence due to past problems with BMWs. CARMAN, please provide the Feb MF (and residual) for 2011 535i 3 yr lease (I assume 2 yr is still cost-prohibitive), 12000 miles, 15000 miles, and advise if lower MF available for BMW loyalty/owners. Many thanks. (Also, my understanding with dealer was $1500 BMW credit for ordering in December AND the t MF would be either Dec MF OR MF when car arrives -- WHICHEVER IS LOWER. I would hope that understanding would be honored.)

THIS IS A GOOD BUY, BUT YOU DIDNT MENTION IF IT WAS A 2010 OR 2011. IF ITS A 2011..AWESOME DEAL! I WOULD JUMP ON IT...MAKE SURE THAT IT IS $2000.00 FLAT WITH NO OTHER HIDDEN FEES! GOOD LUCK!

My '08 550 is coming off lease. What to do? by esmcmaha on Mon Nov 01 15:37:38 PDT 2010

Just looking for some input on my upcoming decision. My '08 550i comes off 36 month lease in 9 days. It has 33k miles on a 15k/yr lease. The car has never been damaged and is in near perfect condition. Residual is $41k, with taxes ~$44k to buy. I have arranged 3rd party financing at 3.99%. However, $44k seems a little steep to me given what KBB says. While discussing this with a local dealership, I noticed they had an '08 550 CPO (22k miles) on the lot listed for $43k. So one option is to turn mine in and buy that one if they won't drop the price. Other options, according to the dealer, are to get it certified and they would finance at 2.9%. OR, of course they happen to have a new 550 on the lot that they'd be willing to finance for 3.9%, 60 months, no $ down, monthly payment just over ~$1k (I didn't ask the sell price at the time b/c frankly a new car wasn't even on my mind). Thoughts?

Re: Price [efrancisco] by oregonboy on Wed Aug 18 21:36:41 PDT 2010

It's the Spam Monkey, "enfrancisco" AGAIN. Geez I wish that guy would take his lame link and disappear. I expect that he is collecting a 1/10 of a cent for every poor soul that he can dupe into clicking on his link.
