G25 journey lease Texas by txbelle1 on Fri Feb 25 19:57:16 PST 2011

Is this a good deal? With No Money Out of Pocket the payment would be $376 per month with 10,000 miles per year for 39 months G25 no sunroof, only car mats... The net capitalized cost is $30,937. The residual percentage is 64% which is equal to $21,388.80. The money factor is 0.00144. OR is my counter unreasonable?? $0 down 39/mo 12k miles TTL included Black/black interior G25 journey no moonroof. $275 month payment Thx!!

2010 FX35 Lease - Newbie by atlmcmk on Thu Oct 14 11:58:14 PDT 2010

Infiniti has made me the offer below. They haven't given me any of the values I see mentioned on other posts. Here's what they offered me: 2010 FX35 Premium, Navigation MSRP: $49,085. Selling Price: $38,237. Drive Out Cash Price: $41,125 Includes all fees, 6% sales tax and $4k incentive OR Purchase 0.9% Apr 60 months $3,800 down $645. 0.9% Apr 66 months $3,800 down $645. 2.90% Apr 72 months $3,800 down $629. OR Lease 15k miles, $3,800 Down 42 months $513. 39 months $518. Includes all fee's and 6% sales tax included in monthly payment... Obviously, I would love to be able to take them up on option 1, but I don't have that kind of cash laying around (which, of course they know and that's why they offered it). Parts of Option2 are good as well, but I don't want a payment that high. Option 3 is the most palatable financially to me, but I've never done a lease before and don't know what I don't know. Curious as to others thoughts on the offer.

Sorry for my delay. You are right - on most vehicles (all Infiniti except QX) - we discount them trying to gain market share, but that is on vehicles that are an "unlimited" supply (we can get as many as we want from Japan). But, the QX is limited - we are the largest Infiniti dealership in the country - yet we are limited in the amount that are allocated to us. Supply vs Demand is not in the customers favor on this vehicle (right now). So, if I only have 20 on the lot and I am selling them at MSRP and I know I will sell all 20 - that means I'll have 20 customers - so I'm not losing any - so my failure to not offer a discount is not making me lose customers (I might not get you, but I'll get someone else who sees the value in the vehicle and the dealership). I think any dealership who discounts this vehicle is foolish, they will find themselves with no vehicles and customers who are willing to pay for them, but they sold them all (at a discount) OR maybe they tell you they are discounting them and then not give you a fair amount for your trade or have higher closing cost or financing??? Price is but one part of a "car deal". Come visit - you are only 10 minutes away - come see why we sell more vehicles than any other dealership even though our price is a tad higher...we find customers like to avoid "games" and be treated like they are about to spend $60-$70k - treated with respect. :D PS If you got a trade - I'll discount whatever you want ;)

August Incentives by sewellgsm on Wed Aug 04 12:39:35 PDT 2010

No change. G Sedan: $1000 AND special financing (0% for 36, 1.9% up to 66, 3.9% for 72) G Coupe: same as sedan G Convertible: $1000 OR special financing (see above) For those who have a lease: if your lease ends before 2/1/2011, you can turn it in early and waive up to 3 payments. If you are in Texas and lease: IFS is giving sales tax credits on the G's. Hope this helps.... BTW - July was one of the best months Infiniti had for the G that is why they did not change the incentives. :)

Re: 2011 INFINITI M56 money factor / residual [Car_man] by blastphemy on Fri Jul 16 12:13:56 PDT 2010

Hi, Car_Man ... The web page http://www.newcars.com/Infiniti/M56/rebates shows the lease rates you quoted, but then says "OR" and shows money factors of 4.8%/0.0020 (24-month), 4.44%/0.00185 (36-month), and 3.96%/0.00165 (48-month) without any explanation of how one qualifies for those. Do you have any explanation?
