My $43, 417 OTD price is through the Military Sales Program, no trade-ins are allowed, strictly new purchase only. You can take delivery of the car at your overseas duty station and have it shipped to the US later, or have it initially shipped to your US duty station. This is my first Volvo purchase though Military Sales, I have purchased 5 BMWs through military sales and all were great deals. As I have gotten a bit older and closer to military retirement I am thinking more of safety these days. Through Military Sales you can buy any US or European made vehicle at super prices. This program is well known to the military member which is on active duty and deployed outside CONUS, its been around for decades.

See my post on the xc60 board in regards to lease numbers, it may not hit your target number but things are changing ine the world of Volvo dec1st :) I would get prices after that or dont be surprised if they contact you. Also what is it you hate about your Ml350 I have that on m y short list, ????

I live in southwest Florida and am in the market for a new 2010 Volvo XC60 through the special COSTCO promotion. I have a 2004 Honda Pilot EX-L, which I'd like to trade in (rather than sell on my own). It has never been in an accident, is in very good condition, has new tires and several dealer-installed options, and only has 43,000 miles on it. NADA pegs its trade-in value at $13,875 and KBB at $13,300 (with retail value close to $17K). The Volvo dealers in Bonita Springs and Ft. Myers are only offering me around $10,000 for it. DOES ANYONE KNOW OF A VOLVO DEALER IN FLORIDA THAT GIVES YOU FAIR ALLOWANCE FOR YOUR TRADE-IN? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Well, I posed the question of the moon roof to the local salesman. Seems that all they are producing at this point in time are moon roof equipped models. My DW and I took a test drive this PM - all went well, except I am even less impressed with the moon roof shielding screen than I was before - even in a brand new vehicle, which has been test driven a very few times, this thing sags slightly, but to a noticeable extent - what will it be like in 3 years???.... I may wind up buying one, but it will clearly be IN SPITE OF this stupid moon roof rather than because of it....
