Buying a car from a Scion Car Dealer
I am in my late 40s and just signed the papers for a 2006 BOP xB and I am pretty excited.I pick it up in the next week - I had to go all the way down to Madison, WI, to find a dealership. The salesperson was nice and it was nice not to have to haggle, but then in stepped the finance person, who I will call Cruelle DeVille.... I am financing on my own and not getting an extended warranty,so she was not able to talk me out of any more money,so she was pretty nasty to me. And when I DARED to look over the contract she looked at her watch several times..... Man, she made the experience stink. The good news is that I live in the woods and have a 32 mile commute to work and I have been driving my Ford Explorer for the past 6 years.
