Anyone have the current money factor & residual for a 328i? Looking at probably the manual transmission, but might do the auto since I saw the free offer on that and the wife would probably be happier with the auto, so both would be helpful. How does BWM handle extra milage upfront? Is it a different residual like most others, or something else?

My sister is considering a CPO'd 2007 X3si, 26,500 miles, with cold, trailer/camper package and 18" wheels, privacy glass black/black leatherette. It's a one-owner, local lease return. Maintenance records reflect the following work done since new: Replaced defective radio Replaced steering wheel (possibly related to defective radio?) Replaced defective muffler. Dealer's sticker asking price is $32,990. Clearly, they're going to have to negotiate. I'm not terribly concerned about the stuff that was fixed because she'll still have about two years left on the original warranty and then will go into the CPO for the remaining two years. Any thoughts would be very much appreciated! Her oldest brother (me) has owned a 2002 530i and a 2001 740i, and we're almost there in converting her but she's got to have the right deal. Thanks!

Mr. Car Man, I am in the market for a car and have been looking around at various cars. One of the local BMW dealerships sent out a 2008 Blowout email with different cars. One of them was the 2008 BMW 750LI. I am curious to see if this is a good deal? They want $5995 down, 36 months, 10k miles plus inception fees.$599.00 a month I asked them for an itemization of these fees and this is what they came back with. It seems like it is excessive but want to see what are legit charges and what are JOKES.. I very interested in getting the most bang for my buck but want to get some confirmations on this. would you please tell me your dealer and salesman name? Do you get free floor mates and mud guards ? what color is your car? I am searching a good price in mid-west area (Chicago), but no any dealer would offer a good price? I need some advice of it because I want to find a 328i Sedan for my husband whose birthday is 9/1. I am thinking to get a new 328i with P. P, Sport P, Xenon Headlights & Automatic etc in Chicago area. Do anyone know what is the best price around those area? I also thought of getting an used '06 330i. I saw in a dealer '06 330i with Sport P, P.P, Cold P, Navigation & Xenon Headlights 31,000 mileages and listed for5 $28,000. Any advice would be appreciated. Another question: How much does it cost for extend warranty (6yrs/100,000miles or whatever) and how it work? ) Thank you.
