You can do the math if you don't qualify for the rebates. Approx $30 per thousand of rebate. Assuming you only qualify for GM Conquest, Lease would be approx $181/mo This dealer advertises rock bottom price so it includes all dealer cash Am I analyzing this right?
You may be having difficulty getting the best discount because the dealer does not have the car sitting on their lot. Go to the Buick website and find what dealers have your car and email the internet manager for a quote. I just purchased a fairly loaded new (25 mi) 2009 silver green metallic Enclave CXL from a local Buick dealer here in So Cal and couldnt be happier with the car and the deal. It took a little bit of shopping via email with internet car sales people but ended up buying the car for $38,000 + sales tax and DMV registration (no added fees). The car had a Mfg. window sticker of $47,100.00 and they even told me if my wife didnt like the color, I could exchange it for a silver Enclave with the same options and price! They gave me 48 hours to return for an even exchange. What a pleasurable buying experience and of course my wife loved the car.
I found a 2008 CXL 2WD with 5K miles on it at a dealership in Roseville, MI. It was loaded with every possible option (except AWD). It was listed for $35,000 in the ad, and I got the dealer down to $30,500 which equaled to about $32,600 out the door after tax and all fees. I wasn't 100% decided at the time so I didn't jump on it right away and when I finally did make my way down to the dealership, the car was already sold :-( I've been searching high and low ever since and it looks like that price will be tough to match for that mileage and all the options it had. However, I have found a few similar ones for $35,000. I ended up going with a pretty much basically equiped CXL with 16K miles on it. Got it from a private party for $25,000. Picking it up tomorrow!
Car guy (or anyone else!), I'll be heading out this weekend to look seriously at an Enclave...CXL AWD w/about $4k in exras. I'll be leasing: 36mo. & 45k total mi. It's early June so I'm wondering what residual and GMAC APR I should shoot far. (Thnx to Edmubds I have the Cap cost targert figure!) What are the current programs for current GMAC lease holders besides the current "pull forward?
