Buying a car from a Honda Car Dealer
Hi, I visited Paragon Honda in NY yesterday looking for the Crv LX. After lots of negotiations the terms we agreed on were= $250/mos payment, $2000 down. This includes all taxes, docs, dmv, etc. Lease is for 36k miles/36 months. Was this a good deal? They didn't have my car available in my color so they needed to order it from another dealer. I paid $1000 (which will be applied to the cash down) as a security deposit so they will buy the car from another dealer.
The residual is approximately 59-60% here in Cali. Save your 2K and put as little out of pocket as you can. You should be looking at under 300. a mo 36 mos
Bought an Accord yesterday as follows: $23,660.25 Car price including destination $469. Accessories (fog lights installed, 2 trunk hooks installed, trunk mat) $300 doc fee $1,465.75 Sales Tax (6% in CT, for now) $105.00 Registration Transfer & title $26,000 all in ($1,000 down and $25k @.9% for 60 mos) I've seen that Honda will pay first months pmt in a few postings. Is that deal still good? I also own '06 Odyssey. John, at Liberty Honda was very good to work with. Honest, patient, effective etc.
Hi, I am very much interested to get more details as to what dealership you got this quote as I have been van hunting for over 3 mos and haven't found anything close to this. I live in Central Jersey. Pls reply at your earliest. Thanks!
Albany Honda in Albany, Georgia ..... although I don't know your dealerships as well as how folks are responding to the disaster in Japan, but I would think that there would be dealerships in states closer by who would jump at $38K for a touring. Best of luck with your search ...... we hav our Touring for a few weeks now and it is great.
