Buying a car from a Infiniti Car Dealer
hello, can anyone help me to see if I got a good deal on the above car with: premium, navigation, performance tire & wheel, interior accents, splash guards. The msrp - 43145, selling price of 39,414.00 Lease 39 mos, 15K, $415 per mo., mf 00117. We traded my 2008 bmw, with nav, xenon lites, cold weather package, w/ 41,500 miles, with maintenance agreement for 72 or 100K miles. They offered 26,000. We live southwest of Philadelphia PA. Please advise with any feedback! Thanks!
Thanks for the math help tlb5--I think I have that down now, if only I had the correct sales price for the below numbers. I'm closer to making this deal finally happen. I'm settling on the 24mo/15K of the 2011 G37x awd coupe. It stings a bit cuz the 36/39 month deals look pretty good, but I don't know if I have to pick up shop and move in a couple of years etc. so better to be safe. So I have a quote of $410/month with $4500 in MSDs up front with my first payment - the rest is rolled in. The sales price isn't matching because we went back and forth so many times today- but I have to get it to make all the calcs work before I go in and sign on Monday. They somehow got $410/month from the below figures--I think the sales price moved down some so the below comes to a higher monthly: MSRP: 43,920 (2011 G37x awd premium package coupe) Invoice (so they said): 40,397 Selling price: 39,722 MF: .00034 (was .00124 before my 9 MSDs) Residual: 72% (31,622.40) Fees: acq: 595 doc: 289 registration: 121.50 (41.50 reg, 75 title, 5 title prep) With the fees rolled in (but not added to the cap cost) I'm calculating about $426/month. I think the sales price may be off, but not certain how they are calculating it. Any ideas? Their quote is for $410/month (w/ 4500 in MSDs)- which sounds okay since they seem to have come in under invoice. I have a 100% refundable hold on the car for $500 on my cc--I fought to get out of it but they said it was company policy since they had to get the car from somewhere, and sent me an email to say it was fully refundable if for any reason I didn't sign. I couldn't get out of the disposition fee (395)/doc fee (289)/option-to-purchase fee (300 if I buy). I was told the gap insurance is included in the 595 acquisition fee-is this true? Car_man, can you please confirm the MF/residual for a 24 month g37x awd prem package coupe? How about the 36/39 mos? Thanks. Thoughts on this deal anyone?
final pricing 39 mos, 10k msrp 41,870.00 disc price 37,590.00 resid 26,283.00 factor 00117 60% base lease 349.00 ny tx 35.75 acq fee 16.25 Total $401.00 per mos includes tax and acq all rolled into monthly at sign first month plus dmv to switch existing plates approx ttl 620.00 I shopped far and wide to get these numbers, let me know if someone has seen better Thxs Artdog
Nissan and Infiniti are both doing "Early Lease Turn-in" right now. I advertise for auto dealers in the NY/NJ area, and it started in Feb and runs till end of March I believe. In order to qualify your lease has to be up by Sept '11, and they will take care of up to 3 mos payments for you. It's not a scam and they don't roll it into you new car (some dealers do do that for you at other times of the year, but this is a manufacturer program). They are happy to take the car back early (while it has more value than lease end), sell it as a Cert Pre-owned, and at the same time sell you a new car. Simple as that. Now, that stuff I know... how to figure out lease prices, thats where I need help. I posted earlier but haven't heard any responses. The engine in my girl's car just seized today, so I have to act quicker than I thought! 2011 G37 Journey Coupe or G37x Coupe (both w/ Prem): looking for a 24 or 36 mo lease with $0 down, 7% NJ sales tax, and 15K miles... can anyone provide the March money factor and residuals, and even possibly help me with what my goal lease price should be? I am willing to do some heavy lifting and put in shopping time, but what price am I shooting for? Thanks guys!
I am looking for the same info... on the 2011 G37 Journey Coupe (w/ Premium Pkg) What's March's money factor and residual for a 15k mi lease for 24 and 36 mos? I really don't have much clue what I'm doing... but looking for this lease in NJ with a 7% sales tax, a TMV of $38,178, and putting $0 down. What should my monthly payment be? Thanks Car_man, your knowledge on here is unmatched on any other site!
