Car man - I was told the LE's residual value for 36 mos 15K is 50% and not 52% (which they say is for the SL). is this right? Also, do you know what the April money factor rate would be (midwest)?
Joe, I am currently in negotiations on a 2011 2.5SL similar to yours. I have been pretty strong, I think :), on negotiations and I above your price for the negotiated fee but pretty close on the monthly payment. I am now hesitant as to what is going on with your deal. If I run your numbers of the purchase and MSRP along with 39 mos, .00103 MF, and 57% residual, I assumed 10% tax, I get a monthly payment of 247/mo. But you are saying they are charging you $279/mo...not sure what is going on. Is your MF and/or residual different than I assumed above?
2011 NISSAN ALTIMA COUPE S CVT 36 month | 15k miles | residual 56% | .00164 base money factor Anyone know the numbers for 24 mos, 15K? Is there any difference on numbers between the 2.5 and 3.5 V6 models? Thanks!
Sounds like you got a heck of a deal! I just purchase same Altima with SE package, mats, splash guards, $0 down, first payment and payments are $219 with 12k/yr, 39 mos, $1,500 loyalty rebate, .00097 money factor & .60 residual. I thought I did well... Just noticed they are running an extra bonus rebate of $500 for Presidents Day sale. Wished I'd waited a couple days. What was your selling price (without rebate) and extra fees? Dealer price is listed at about $23,370 on the car you purchased.
