Buying a car from a Chrysler Car Dealer
Glad to know the deal is good !! We live in Omaha, NE..... I meant we would have a $17000 residual... I have no doubt we will exceed the mileage. Problem with not keeping the vehicle is--we are a two vehicle family and we each take turns getting the new vehicle every 5-7 years. So the vehicle that I get now will need to last 10-12 years. Can't afford two car payments at what prices are now days............ We have never leased before--so I am still trying to figure things out.
Just bought a 2008 Chrysler T&C Touring with M package + power fold down seats, moonroof, sirius TV for $32,555 (without taxes/reg/etc). Opted to take 1.9% financing instead of and additional $1500 cash back. About $600 less than invoice as far as I can tell. Don't know about other areas, but in the NE, these cars are hard to find, they are taking a long time to build and are rolling onto the lots in small numbers so I feel pretty lucky. Also heard that no better incentives will be coming in Nov due to great demand for this car.
Hi, I am looking into a 2006 PT Cruiser Convertible with an MSRP of $21,945. Options include the 28E Package and Automatic Transmission. Standard Black paint. This is in snowy NE Ohio and an 06, so I am sure that they would love to get rid of this unit. According to Edmunds' TMV Pricing Report the... TMV -------------------> $18,230 Chrysler Mailed Rebate-> -$1,000 Chrysler Dealer Rebate-> $3,500 Total------------------> $13,730 That total amount can't be right..can it? Somebody please give me some insight asap Thanks, mranton89
Hello, I am comfused with the sales tax. I am going to buy a Dodge caravan. The price on sticker is: 22840 The dealer will give me: : 20840 Dodge rebate: 2500 Finance rebate: 1000 Total purchase price: 20840-3500= 17340 How about the Tax? My state tax ratio is 7% should I pay: 1) 22840*0.07= 1598.8 or 2) 20840 * 0.07 = 1458.8 or 3) 17340*0.07 = 1213.8 for sales tax????? Thanks. Ps, the dealer has a DOC fee for $169. Is this too much????? Thanks.
Wife and I purchased a loaded SXT tonight for $11000 of sticker. MSRP'd at 35, got it for 24 with no trade. Wife and I were not really looking for a loaded van but we got a really nice van for basically the price range we were shooting for. I should state that it was an end of the month last hour deal.
