Hi, I need help to see if Im getting a good deal on this lease option. The car is a 2011 jetta w convenience pkg and sunroof around $22,000. I was offered today for $0 down and first time "buyer" (with a co-signer w ok credit 688) for 39 months 12k miles per year.. $314.80 (fl tax included) per month. I already gave them $500 for title and fees. Please let me know if Im getting a good deal and if you could kinda help me out on what important questions to ask before i sign. Thanks, Gillian Moore.

Hey everyone. I live in Miami, FL and am I am looking to lease the 2010 Jetta Limited Edition w/ Sunroof and IPOD adapter. Here is what the dealer has: MSRP - $21,569 Invoice - $20,998 Residual - 60% based on 10K miles Money Factor .00076 (Cap Cost - Residual) / Term ($20,998 - $12,941) / 36 = $223.79 (Cap Cost + Residual) * Money Factor ($20,998 +$12,941)*.00076 = $25.79 Total Lease Payment - $249.59 Note: I have a 328 I BMW with two payments left and minor body work that needs to be done. The payments total $529/ mo or $1,058. I have an estimate of $650 to complete body work. The dealer has agreed to pay both car payments and assume full liability of the BMW which means I dont have to come out of pocket for the repairs. Due at inception is: $1,350 First month payment $267 including tax Dealer Fee - $599 Tag - $250 Registration - $50 Cant think of the remaining $184 in fees at the moment.
