Re: March SRX Lease Rates [Car_man] by straightdope on Fri Mar 25 12:24:50 PDT 2011

Carman, thanks for the numbers on the Base SRX. I seem to be getting conflicting dealer quotes as far the RV is concerned, seems a result of them using US Bank vs Ally (unless the sales guy is purposefully misquoting the RV). I've been quoted separately a 54% and 56% on a 12month/36k miles. I can't seem to get a straight answer but I think US Bank gives better lease numbers and $500 rebate BUT hits you with a $350 disposition fee at lease end. Anyhow, here's generally what I've got in Southern Calif (LA, OC, SD) on Base SRX 36mos./12kmiles. MSRP$35K SALES PRICE: 33500 CCR REBATE: $650 LEASE CASH ( OR $500 IF US BANK?) RV: 54% OR 56% DRIVE OFF: $600 (includes DMV) MONTHLY: $440/ MO Last question-everyone gives the same sales price of $33500 of a MSRP 35,000. This is really tight. Any advice on getting them below invoice? Thank you.

CTS-V lease numbers? by socalbmmr on Tue Aug 03 16:22:00 PDT 2010

Hi Car_man Do you have any info on 2010 or 2011 CTS-v lease numbers? There are a bunch of '10s here in LA around the $68k sticker price. Ideally, I'm looking for a 3yr/36k miles lease but could go down to 27 months/27k miles. Thanks for your time!

who did you talk to in LA and what part of town?

follow up by cdfinney on Wed Apr 22 17:29:14 PDT 2009

I did talk to 5 dealers in my area and none did anything about the $4000 difference that i wanted too. the owner of Mataga in Stockton did plead my case to a rep, but to no avail. I also called Cadillac that did not work either, but they did send me email w/ a 1k coupon. anyone thinking of buying should call and complain. I did find a dealer in LA that has some w/ 9k off. that puts me at 10k off only 500 short. it is my wife's dream car, so i may pull this trigger.

Re: GMID Discount in LA [its288] by njcaguy on Wed Feb 21 22:49:03 PST 2007

Any further suggestions on SoCAL dealers? Tustin Caddy? Nabers Caddy? Allen Caddy? Tustin seems to be the only Caddy ONLY dealer, where the other ones are a combination of GMC and other brands. I too need your feedback on which one is the best dealer to deal with for the long term. Thanks,
