2011 CX-9 Touring by patwhite on Mon Jan 17 07:21:33 PST 2011

Hello, any rates on the 2011 CX-9 Touring in the Raleigh, NC area? Found one with an MSRP of $31,850 that I'm going to look at tonight. Wanting to do a 36 month, 12k mile lease. Is anyone doing 0 down? I'm currently in a lease on an 08 Honda Pilot with two payments left. Honda dealer said I have a little equity in that...payoff is $17200 and they would give me $18500 and use that little bit to a new Pilot but wasn't that impressed with their offer. Thanks!

2010 GT 28,900 by kifaro2 on Fri Jan 07 06:53:06 PST 2011

No extra packages as I am doing aftermarket nav/sirius. Montgomery Mazda, Charlotte, NC Pretty lame that they don't include the retractable cargo cover on this. Took my trade, 12,175 OTD Used the $3000 to not finance and pay cash.

To each their own by emerthor on Thu Jan 06 18:01:38 PST 2011

Greyghost, I hear ya on that. My husband initially suggested by the Accord or Altima until I got him to take a look at the 6 and have a test drive. He drives an Infiniti coupe so I have to be the more practical one. Anyway, he was surprised by the sporty look of the 6 compared to the other choices and also the roomy feel and how large the trunk is. For our purposes trunk size is somewhat important. I pointed one out to my sister the other day and she was guessing it was an Acura before I filled her in. Jeffy, Personally, I don't care for the prior version and would never buy one. I'll take the larger room and more refined look of the 2009 vs the prior model all day long. To each his own. m6, Glad you enjoy your 07. I respectfully disagree and MUCH prefer the current model. nc, I agree wholeheartedly Having test driven the Altima and Accord, it was a very easy decision for me. I think the 6 is absolutely under-appreciated.

In the middle of texas. My only recommendation to anyone about to buy this car is to use amex/zag to figure out the best possible price in order to negotiate with the dealer. In texas, amex/zag does not give the exact price so use a similar city elsewhere to figure out texas prices. I used Raleigh, NC to figure out Austin, TX prices. If you were in Houston, you'd probably use Los Angeles, CA prices. Edmunds TMV and truecar are useless prices these days. And after a couple of months/years, probably zag/amex would be useless too but for now, the prices quoted by amex/zag are correct. Lower than costco without the costco hassle. My first impression of the car: A minivan which looks like an SUV but without the minivan conveniences :( Hopefully the suspension is somewhat tough like an suv. ps: total research time from thought to purchase was 1 month. If I had known about the zag site from the beginning, this would have been much faster. pps: I got a rate of 3.59% from the dealer/capital one. I probably would have gotten a better rate if I shopped around but I was lazy and did not have the patience or the guts to argue with the financing person at the dealership!

Re: New iTouring Manual Silver [fujia] by Dondoh on Wed Aug 04 11:03:23 PDT 2010

Hiya Fujia, My price was including everything. I got it at a local dealer who was running a special. Here I why I think we got it for that price. I think the advertised special was a teaser rate, but we wanted what they were teasing... We wanted a manual and we didn't want any extras past the itouring basics. It was also the end of the month and I think they needed to move some stock. The dealer is Bob King in Winston Salem, NC, so if you are close enough, you might want to keep an eye on their site and see the specials they run. They did try to work us upward on the price a bit, but my wife and I were firm in our dealings. We love the car so far. Hope you can get what you want. And sorry for the late reply, I just have not checked the boards lately. All the best to you.
