A4 Premium Lease Rates by clt_shopper on Mon Jul 12 18:26:04 PDT 2010

Hi all - Reading everyone's posts was really helpful to me when shopping for my lease, so I thought I'd share what offers I received. I ended up choosing another car, but I hope this could be helpful to others. I currently have a 2007 A4 Quatro 2.0T Premium Plus, which I leased from Audi of Charlotte. So I started back there in negotiating a lease on a 2010...guess they don't need any business!! They wanted to work out a deal with me based on MSRP: amazing they weren't willing to give me at least my Audi loyalty. For a 2010 A4 Premium CVT, they ended up quoting me about $4200 down + $389/month (not including tax). 42 months/10k miles per year. No deal. I used http://amexnetwork.zag.com/main.html to shop around a few other dealers. I highly recommend this site! It helps you drop MSRP and puts you in a great starting negotiation point. I got a lot of great offers out of Atlanta. The best came from Gwinnett Audi: 36 month lease / 10k miles per year Sales price on an A4 Premium is $33,050. With the Amex and Audi Loyalty the price is adjusted to $31,459. $422.20 (incl. 5.75% NC tax)/month, total due at signing is $505.70 Best of luck to all!

Re: Q5 premium plus [ineedq_5] by shin2sx2 on Mon Mar 29 07:01:07 PDT 2010

it was before tax... but for 43k, that was the best deal I've gotten from out of all the dealers I tried to work with.. (MD, NJ, NY, DE, VA, NC)

Re: Audi Q5 Prices Paid and Buying Experience [kyfdx] by c280 on Sat Mar 21 13:08:11 PDT 2009

I'm in Charlotte, NC. I test drove the Q5. The car seems bigger, looking at it from outside, especially in the front, compared to those photos (blue Q5 online) that we saw earlier. It also seems wider in the front. I questioned whether it could fit through my garage door. The trunk space is small. I drove it in pouring rain (75-80 mph) and it rides well. For a German car, the turning circle was not impressive. I like it, pretty car but not sure about the price. Audi adds the premium and premium plus which jacks up the price. The Q5 and the A4 is the same car but the A4 gives you more options with the engine and the A4 trunk is bigger than the Q5. I'm hesitant because the Q7(big brother) and the Q5 has the same engine, 3.2l V6 which is not great on gas if you are fuel conscious. I like the car but not sure about the price when you consider the pros and cons. Maybe if Audi offered the Q5 TDI in the US at a reasonable price I would seriously consider it because the TDI is more fuel efficient. Plus BMW is asking a rediculous price for their diesel X5.
