Re: Denali Lease Question [uvamack] by brewboy on Sat Jul 21 23:27:17 PDT 2007

I paid $47,550 cash for my 07 Denali, Stealth Gray, exterior/ Ebony interior...build date of 03/07 from GMC Dealership in Phoenix AZ. MSRP was $55,355. GMAC offered $2000 Program cash along with $1500 bonus cash.It has Power Sliding sunroof, P41 20" wheels, Navigation with DVD/CD/MP3 and Rear Seat Entertainment DVD, reverse camera. Dealership even added tint to front side windows. :)

that quote you got is rediculous!! I work for a dealer, heres our current residuals: 24 months 67% 30 months 63% 36 months 60% 48 months 52% as of June 18th and the money factor (lease rate) from gmac is 7.20 but the MDX lease sounds like just as much of joke if you ask me, $1995 cap cost reduction is the same as money down and then all the fees and tax down too??? thats $4000- $5000 out of pocket here in AZ, here's quote at $500 over invoice I just did for a customer at 36 months $33000 purchase price $2500 dn at signing, covers security deposit of $575, first payment, upfront charges, and the rest to reduce cap cost 12K per year 36 month $564/month out-the-doorw with gap insurance

Re: Advertising Fee [willhbauto] by mkujak1 on Tue May 29 19:40:29 PDT 2007

Hi There~ Sorry to bother you but since I saw you were with a dealer in AZ thought maybe I could ask an unbiased question since I'm in MN. We used to live in Scottsdale. Starting to warm up there I bet. Anyway, I have a dealer here who is trying to sell me the GMC Acadia SLT-1 trim with parking assist and power tailgate in cherry color for $33,852, including the $1000 conquest for non GMC trade in. Is this a pretty good deal or should I keep waiting for a better deal or better financing? I had heard online there are some 0% deals on the Outlook but I haven't seen that in MN yet. Thanks!

Re: Advertising Fee [boomzer] by willhbauto on Wed May 16 20:35:45 PDT 2007

Im an internet sales manager for a dealer here in AZ, that fee is a fee that GM charges to the invoice, the dealership pays for it just like they pay for the vehicle, we have it here in AZ too and there no way around, if you can buy an Acadia or an Enclave for $500 over invoice, then buy it now before someone else does! Thats a great deal. On something that popular the dealer deserves to make a small profit.
