I cant believe they are still saying some of the same crap these days... sounds so cheesy! Like: "If we can agree on the numbers today, will you buy it today?" Come on people!! Im going to buy a thirty thousand dollar item in two hours!!!! Oh, and did anyone hear this one..."WV buyers are typically more educated and do their homework" Well thank you but I bet you say that to all the girls!! My guy was young and very nice but his dialogue was so canned. Anyway... thanks verystingy :)

I must ask, why are you trading in a 2005 Avalon? It will likely take you years to recoup the deprectiation on the Avalon and the cost of the Jetta. It rarely makes economic sense to trade a vehicle for the sole purpose of better fuel economy.

What the dealer gave me was $1500 VW loyalty and $750 cash incentitive for the Passat. All ad's I've seen indicate $1500 was for existing Passat owners, Dealers says for any VW owner. I also have an 07 Jetta.
