I found this BMW dealer in Topeka, KS who also is a VW and Porsche dealer.

I dealt by internet and then phone to complete the deal. This was the exact colors, leather and config I was looking for. The dealer is Plaza BMW in St. Louis. If any of those guys are reading this, I appreciated dealing with them. Very easy and professional. I pick the car up later this month (I'm out of town). Boy, will my wife be surprised by her gift on her 50th birthday.
