You should aim to pay invoice + TTL. You can go $500 over or under and still be good but don't, IMO, pay more than that. If the dealer charges other fees (ad fees, wheels locks, protection package) deduct that from the $500 over as they are nearly total profit for the dealer.

It's not clear if they are quoting a base (fwd) or an SH-AWD, so here is my opinion on both...take 'em with a grain of salt though, as I do not own an RDX. (yet?) From edmunds...in my N.
