Just leased a 2010 G37 Journey with Premium package in Atlanta by mrminsky1 on Sat Jul 31 21:01:24 PDT 2010

HI just wanted to let you the deal I was able to do this afternoon and this migh help you attain a similar or better deal. The car I leased MSRP was $37,830. The monthly payment is $398 and it includes a 7% Fulton County tax. My inceptions were $511, which includes my $398 first month payment plus registration fees. The car color is the Graphite Shadow with the Graphite interior. Journey with premium, splash guards, mats, and truck net. 12K miles a year and a residual of $21,900. I am not sure what people are finding out there, but I would think these Infinitis are excellent deals these days. Less than $400 a month with no money down is absurb.... If you need 15K miles a year, the payment would have gone up about $19 a month. To think that you can get a base one for $35 less is incredible. I priced a Maxima as well and they ahd similiar deals ... but why? The car looks so incredible beautiful in the garage, I do not want to even drive it... LOL!

Re: Trade in Sales Tax Savings on a Lease?? [delta737h] by fpinho on Sat May 15 08:12:30 PDT 2010

HI Delta, Thanks for the info but still a little confused. Here are the parameters of what I'm working on with a dealer: MSRP: 42760.00 Negotiated Price: 38211.00 Residual: 62% Money Factor: .00175 Term: 36 Months Total due at signing: $1500.00 which is broken down as follows: 1st payment: 442.24 DMV fees: 345.00 NJ Bank Fee: 595.00 Doc Fee: 100.00 Cap Reduction: 1017.76 (This is my 1K loyalty $$ guess they added 17.76 there ??) ------------------------------------------- Total: 2500.00 -1000.00 Loyalty = 1500.00 Total out of pocket They will give me 17500.00 for my trade the monthly payment above includes the entire sales tax and does not include my trade in that is what I need to calculate in order to reduce my tax which per your previous post I think I will owe no tax at all. The sheet they give me they are adding 1017.76 of loyalty as a cap cost reduction then reducing it after as shown above. Thanks
