Hello rdxer. Ford Credit's lease program for this truck varies by region. Its base 36 month lease rates for the 2011 Lincoln MKX are anywhere from 2.0% to 3.75%. Hi scoobaguy. Ford Credit's current base lease rate and residual value for a 36 month lease of a 2011 Lincoln MKX AWD with 12,000 miles per year are 2.75% and 56%, respectively. My husband and I finally got our hands on an MKX this weekend. We had a blast driving this car! Things I liked: Its very luxurious and quiet. Blis is something I would really like to have. I have driven an 01 Pathfinder for the last 10 years. I'm definitely ready for an upgrade and a cushier ... less trucky ride. I am working on a deal on an MKX that is fully loaded at $49k. So far I can only get $3500 off list. Noticed Ford posted a small $1k incentive today on the Lincoln website if you pay cash. Saw the same on the Ford Edge yesterday. Forget the Lexus - there's no comparison with the technology in the new MKX. It will take years for them to catch up. ... Read More

I found your post very interesting as I am just now considering the acquisition of an new 2011 Lincoln MKX. I am comparing it to the new 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited which is a very nice ride indeed. We have a 2007 MKX (black w/black, Ultimate & Elite pkgs) which has been an excellent vehicle. The new 2011 model is just now hitting the Central Florida dealerships. We were very surprised to see the jump in pricing for this year. A new well-equipped MKX is about the same price as the comparably equipped flagship MKS sedan. Now the news is that the MKT, like the Ford Flex, will be going away in 2013. No second iteration for either one of these relatively new efforts. Ford has had no luck lately with these people movers/minivans/CUV-like wagons. Neither the Freestar or Freestyle caught on. The Taurus X was no better sales-wise. I see that Edmunds.com has 2011 pricing now. I don't know if it is accurate. The pricing is still not on the Lincoln website.

I am very interested in the 2011 MKX and signed up for current news on the Lincoln website. The only thing I see so far is summer availability. I also read somewhere that June 7 was the start date of manufacture. If anyone hears when they will start to be delivered to dealers, please post it here.

Why not wait for the 2011? HUGE improvement if you can wait a few months. If not, try the lincoln website. I believe they have a national locator service available.
