Magnusen-Moss Warranty Act is NOT the California Lemon Law. The California Lemon Law calls for a vehicle repurchase (buyback). Magnusun-Moss is a "money damages" law, and is different than the California Lemon Law. The California Lemon Law is broader in it's coverage and provisions/remedies. You can read more about it at: http://www.californialemonlaw.com Many lemon law attorneys in California will use the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act to get consumers some money for their "lemon" vehicles, but not the full entitlement they are due under the California lemon law. The California Lemon Law (Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act), is one of the strongest lemon laws in the nation.
