  Hi nickr1. You are free to lease for however long you want. If I was going to lease an A4 this month, I would do so for 39 months. That is probably the best term right now. Consumers can lease any vehicle they want without making any sort of capitalized cost reduction.   Yep, I just got the 2011 Audi A4 Manual Quattro Premium with Bluetooth and Ipod. MSRP was $35,735. I have top tier credit so my money rate was 1.3%. Knocking $1,000 off the MSRP, my 39 month lease at 15,000 miles with no money down came to $452/month.

  You may be right about C Class transaction prices, but 20% off doesn't happen as easily around here. The BMW 3 series usually commands a bit more than the corresponding C Class as well. The FWD Audi A4 tends to be discounted more than the AWD version is.

  The Audi is usually less expensive than the corresponding BMW or Mercedes. Both of the latter are rear wheel drive and better "driver" cars. The Audi AWD system biases the drive a bit more to the rear wheels and so can compete with BMW/Mercedes/Infiniti.   it may be a good deal...i paid ~6k more but got quattro and premium plus. personally, i wouldnt pay that much for an audi without quattro. if price is an issue, then i think the better option would be a VW R32 or GTI.

  Car man: Got a lease quote from the Audi dealer for a 2011 A4 sedan premium plus with quattro for a 15,000 mile per year, 36 month lease. The Audi dealer is telling me the residual is 51% not 55%. Are they telling the truth? Help! Thanks again!

  Steviedo - I just picked up an A4 Premium Plus 2011 last week. I also get a 6% corporate discount - plus I got a $750 Loyalty credit and the dealer wiped off another $250.   Hi gchristo. You definitely should be able to negotiate a dealer discount on top of any available owner loyalty cash. The loyalty cash is being completely paid for by Audi. The car that you described probably has a spread of around $2,750 between its full MSRP and its dealer invoice price.
