Mine does to and its a 2010. The 2009-2011 all have shaking front passenger seats. I can't for the life of me believe you would waste your time suing over a shaking seat. While its a poor representation on Nissan's part, its definitely something that does not affect the drivability or safety of the car. The airbags and seat belts still work for God sake. You would have thought that a ... Read More

Since the new transmission was installed all 100% of the issues disappeared! It's been absolutely perfect. I think Nissan is aware that they have bad batches of transmissions and tell the dealerships to go through all the hoops before reaching the "Lemon Law" phase, which is a royal pain the *ss. It really messes with the trust of your purchase. Maybe they figure the little "fixes" will resolve the issue. The ... Read More

I've read from various sources that it's official: the Maxima will be getting an optional clean diesel motor, and Nissan is hoping to have it on the US market by the 2010 model year. I think this is a smart move on their part, but it's implementation will definitely require weighing-in several factors such as high-output loving American consumers, fuel economy, emissions, and driveability. Since fuel economy is the main motivation ... Read More
