I just did a VPP purchase for a loaded 2011 QX56. It came with Theater, Touring, and Technology. Black on Black, captain's chairs, and optional wind deflector, cargo/first aid kit, illuminated kick plates, tinted windows, and bumper protector. MSRP was $74,665 and the VPP price was $69,135 also with no dealer prep fees...so I saved $5530+500 dealer prep. I got 3.1% 63 month financing. No trade in. I tried to deal ... Read More
It is the employee and supplier purchase program from Nissan/Infiniti. You must work for Nissan/Infiniti or one of the suppliers to be eligible. You can check with your HR department to see if you qualify. Very few people have this - I'd say about 5% or less.
QX56 was delivered by South Bay Infiniti to my house this past Sunday - Black on black 2011 2WD with Theater package and Illuminated Kick Plates (list Price of $61,640 including destination charges) - My price was an even $58K, $3,640 below MSRP. They also offered $1K more than other dealers were willing to pay for my trade in. Tried to deal with Infiniti of Mission Viejo but their used salesman ... Read More
We purchased our 2005 QX56 from Infiniti dealer near Kings Island. Did the deal over the phone and traded in our Expedition at a good price. I thought that dealer, at that time, was very good. With all that said, INFINITI is no Lexus. I have a Lexus and valet service for maintenance is available wherever you brought the car. Also many of the dealer perks are NOT dealer specific. People ... Infiniti Financial Services' current buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36 month lease of a 2011 QX56 with 12,000 miles per year are .00220 and 57%, respectively. The numbers for an otherwise identical lease of a 2011 M56 RWD are .00103 and 55%. Car_man Host Prices Paid: Buying & Leasing Experiences Forum
For the record, I never asked anyone to go around low balling all the dealers. Just as I never accused the dealers on this forum of going around creating false hype and demand to get everyone to purchase at MSRP. Just as you justified your contribution as a dealership to this "buying and leasing experience" in previous posts with your "experience", I'm simply presenting facts that everyone can actually verify for ... $3,000 below MSRP is not unreasonable considering that American Express' auto purchasing program has a target price of $66,774 ($2,226 below MSRP) for 2011 QX56 4WD with Theater and Touring packages. I'm personally waiting for the VPP to be applied to this vehicle so i will be working from the "invoice" price plus potential customer cash incentives. Yes, i do understand that it may not be applied to this "new" vehicle ... Read More
It has been a long wait for me to get the specific conf. that I wanted. I have been waiting 6 weeks but should finally be in next week. Black w/ graphite int., touring, 4wd, theater. roof rails, bumper plate, etc.. Everything but tech and I paid 66,960. I'm pretty sure if they lowered the price by $2500. as previously posted it would show the new price on the infiniti site. ... Read More
I paid full MSRP for a loaded 2011 QX56 and do not regret it for a second. A great vehicle and bargain at the price I paid IMHO. If I had not gotten this vehicle, I would have kept my 2008 QX for long trips with the family and dogs. For work, however, I needed a large, luxury car. So rather than get a third car, I bought this and it ... Read More
As I predicted in earlier post...Infiniti announced today that they are increasing the price on the QX56. All units will go up $500 plus if you want the Deluxe Pkg - it is going up another $1150 (so $1650 total on those units). Now, if the dealer has a customers name on the vehicle already - it will be the original price! Including those we are ordering today for Jan. That ... Read More
I got a call today from the dealership that sold me my 2008 QX56. Salesperson was really nice and inquired if I was still interested in 2011 QX56. I replied that I was but inquiry at other dealers revealed that they were asking sticker price (MSRP) and if that was the case with his dealership. He replied that this was true and the 2011 was such a great vehicle and much ... Read More
2011 Qx56 with entertainment/delux touring and technology package in black/black 4wd version with bench second row seat. Bought it from Sewell in Dallas. I have had 12 infinitis and this is my favorite. Great combination of refinement, power and luxury car feel in an SUV. Great experience with dealer as well, my first purchase from them after buying in Houston where I have lived until recently. Infiniti reliablity and customer approach ... Read More
True, no VPP - A, B, C, or D plans are "expected" to be eligible on this vehicle till Spring 2011 (even then the dealer does not have to participate if inventory is still low) - I realize it is in folks nature not to trust someone who sells vehicles for a living (as oppose to houses, clothes, season tickets, furniture, airplane tickets, etc) but I'm not trying to sell anyone ... I just got an email from Infiniti stating that the QX won't be eligible for VPP until the spring of 2011. They didn't mention if there is a distinction between employees or friends/family participants eligibility. Sewell, keep ringin it!
Hi marc68. I know that Infiniti Financial Services' current buy rate lease money factor for a 39 month lease of a 2011 QX56 AWD is .00220. I'm not sure how much pre-payment reduces this factor by though. I'll look into it and see what I can find out. Car_man Host Prices Paid: Buying & Leasing Experiences Forum
I don't mind debating. I am the General Sales Manger - hence the name. After 4 years of selling more than 1700 new Infinitis and finishing in the Top 5 in retail sales, last year we finished #1 in the country with 1198 (2009 was a tough year for new vehicle sales). Our owner is Carl Sewell, he wrote Customers For Life (google it). We have two Infiniti dealerships and are ... Read More
You're welcome, monkeyshift. Unfortunately, Infiniti is not currently providing any loyalty cash on the 2011 QX56. Car_man Host Prices Paid: Buying & Leasing Experiences Forum
I know that 39 month leases seem to be the most popular with Infiniti but what are the residuals for 30 and 36 months on the 4wd QX56 (2011). Are the money factors any higher for these shorter term leases? Also, how much do you think dealers should be discounting the car below the msrp?
Here's the latest information for you, marc68. Infiniti Financial Services' new July buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 39 month lease of a 2011 QX56 AWD with 12,000 miles per year are .00220 and 56%, respectively for consumers who qualify for its top credit tier. Thanks for the info- I agree money factor is quite high. Strange that Infiniti puts a 2.9% finance rate and a 5.5% lease rate- at 2.9 with 5k down, it's only a few hundred over a grand to purchase. Hoping that factor comes down some next month, sure the residual will stay the same. Good luck with the car, let me know how you like it when delivered!
Apparently, Infiniti is stuffed full of cars and the 2011 model year is around the corner. so, I am thinking about a 2010 M35 or 2010 QX56, which would otherwise be out of my range. Rhode Island/Massachusetts area. Must have the tech package. Preference for light colors. Otherwise, no preferences. (I prefer a lease, but can buy.) What should I expect?
Just test drove it and got a quote for lease. Awesome drive nos 1 and very luxurious. I have a 2008 QX and no comparision between the new one and mine. I expect to get a black/black 4wd with entertainment system and bench rear seat when it arrives, due in soon. The residual is 54% I believe and money factor is good too, similar to the 2.9% purchase interest rate available ... Read More
Hi marc68. Infiniti actually does have a lease program out there for the 2011 QX56. This truck's program initially wasn't very attractive...but I heard that it enhanced it a day or two ago. I'll see if I can find out the details of the new, improved program for you. Please check back with me in a day or two with a reminder. At this point, you may want to wait for ... Read More
We got a 2011 at our store for the National trainer to come in to go over the vehicle with us, it will be here through Wed. - it is nice! Real nice....this SUV along with the new M makes Infiniti a real player in the luxury automobile industry!
Two reasons. Infiniti will not release the 2011 QX's until they have sold all the 2010 QX's to the dealers. So, we would have nothing to sell unless we take them. Secondly, there will be about a $12k-$15k difference between the two QX's after you figure in all the discount and change in MSRP. So, we will have no problems selling the 2010's - in the end - I will wish ... Read More
2011 is coming. I'm curious. Even if it's $650 off, why would dealers still want to bring in 2010 QX? Once 2011 QX is here, 2010 will be a tough sell.
36 w/ 10k per year: 50% residual (money factors range from .00182 to .00480 depending on credit). 39 w/ 10k per year: 49% residual (mf range from .00156 to .00480) Lease loyalty if you have an Infiniti is $1000. What is on the ground and coming in May will be it for the dealers on the 2010 QX's - those have to last till July when the new 2011's come out. ... Read More
This makes little sense to me; however, Infiniti just informed us that they are raising the MSRP and Invoice on the 2010 QX56 by $650. It is weird to me because the 2011 is coming out this summer, I'm guessing when the prices come out on those they will be able to say, "look the 2011 is only $xxx more than the 2010 was". Raise the price but then give dealers ... Read More

I think you could do a little better, I believe 7000 of the 10,000 off is in rebates from Infiniti. Invoice ojn the truck is around 58,000 so I would shoot for purchase of 51,500 or less. i heard the dealers are eager to move these and 2011 brings big improvements
