Now that the 2012s have hit the lots, does anyone know if Infiniti will still have a program to lease the 2011s, or will they be sale only as a cash-out vehicle? If the lease program is still available for 2011s, do you think it makes sense to lease one, or go with a 2012 and the higher residual value?

Finally drove the M37 over the weekend, and the salesperson mentioned that there will be no new 2011's coming in and they are expecting 2012's very soon. Greetings, I'm trying to put together a 36 month/15K lease on a 2011 M37 RWD w/Premium & Sport packages. Does anyone have any guess when the 2012 is scheduled to arrive the show room? The 2011 model actually arrived in early March 2010. Hoping Infiniti will address the jerky transmission I experienced in the test drive and provide a hefty incentive for the '11 leftovers.

Yes, however infiniti's leasing literature and leasing computer program use .0001....not .24%....so I would not expect a dealer to quote percent. I have asked many dealers about multiple security deposits and I have yet to have one give me anything other than .0001 or in the case of BMW/Mercedes .00007. I believe Lexus is also .00007. I believe that 15,000 miles per year is the highest mileage allowance that IFS publishes residual values for. Hi Car man. Thank you for the June RWD numbers. My dealer is giving me 61% and .00165 for a 10K 36mo on an M37 AWD and 60% and .00172 on a 39mo. Are the rates different on the AWD than the RWD? Thank you.

You should not have to pay more than $500 over invoice, even if it's a new 2011...and then deduct the $1000 loyalty credit. (remember the dealer also gets that "administrative fee" plus the "dealer holdback" as pure profit...so don't feel bad. Don't worry too much about your salesman getting nothing. Part of the problem is with the tires. The Maxima, G37, and M have come with really lousy OEM Goodyear RSA tires. These tires are the loudest I have ever had on any of the cars I have had and both Nissan and Infiniti should be ashamed of themselves for putting those tires on these premium vehicles. We've sold all of ours at MSRP so far (we did discount $500 to our previous customers). Infiniti is offering a $1000 Loyalty Rebate IF you have an Infiniti and if you lease. We will discount them in late April/May....once folks quit offering MSRP. :)

I was just sent some numbers by SW Infiniti. Not sure, but the MF sounds a bit high considering the fact that my husband and I have excellent credit - in the saleman's word "bulletproof". 2011 M37 10,000 miles, 57%, with a MF of .00284 Is the MF high? I calculated it to be about 6.8%

Infiniti dealer offered me $2,800 off MSRP of $50,800 for an M37 with Premium Package (I currently do not own an Infiniti). I still think the discounting will increase once they fill their lots up as $50k+ cars arent flying off the shelves lately.
