  It implied that to me that only the Genesis and Equus would be sold in the new showroom and expand the current showroom yet using the service center in the back for both. The dealership would be ready for the future announcements concerning Hyundai luxury brand when that occurs they couldn't tell me. Everything(the showrooms) should be done by early 2012.   Actually I expect the first Azera didn't take much to develop. It was based on the Gen 4 Sonata platform and its engines (with the 3.3L bored out to 3.8L and used in other applications).   Hyundai's image, quality and design has changed so much perhaps they should just change the company's name to "Genesis." Heck nothing that Hyundai will be selling in 2012 will resemble what they were selling just 3 short years ago in early 2008. That is how complete their transformation has been

  Some MBs from not long ago look like cars from a 3rd world country also. Is the Genesis a "luxury" car? Mixed opinions on that. Some see it competing with other V6 and V8 RWD luxury cars and thus put the Genesis into the luxury category. Others look at the starting price in the low $30s, and say it competes mostly with FWD cars like the Taurus, Avalon, and Maxima. To ... Read More

  Now that Hyundai is now offering the Equus along with the Genesis and the upcoming changes in the 2012 models it now even more fitting that Hyundai may be able to get a little respect in the luxury market. They are working hard earn the respect and not just relying on its "label" or " its past reputation" I hear they are also working on a serious "3 fighter" as well. ... Read More

  I've had fantastic luck with my Genesis...of course no automobile is perfect and some owners will have issues. I have had no problems with my Tech package except the rear view camera was replaced at 26. This car doesn't float like Lexus and Avalon so if that is important.... you won't care for the Genesis ride. Tires again I replaced all 4 performance tires at 23K You may want to check ...   Don't worry 2012 Genesis out in just over a year will be eqquiped with AWD announced earlier this week. Hyundai does listen to consumers

  The Genesis brand will come sooner than later. This time last year we thought Hyundai might bring in the Equus in 2012 or 2013. Now that has been moved up to 2010.   Not sure what you are saying about redesigns. It depends on where you start counting. For example, the start of their "24/7" initiative was the Tucson, in late 2004, followed by the Gen 4 Sonata, then the Gen 3 Accent, Azera, Accent hatch, Santa Fe, Entourage, Veracruz, and finally the Gen 4 Elantra (ok, that's actually 24/9, oops!).
