Honda Element Lease Questions

  • Re: 2010 Element EX 2WD Dec Lease Rate [cscds]

Hi Cynthia. Honda is not currently providing any lease support on the Element. As you mentioned, this means that if you were to lease one through Honda Finance, you would have to use its standard lease program. Honda Finance's current buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36 month lease of a 2011 Element EX AWD with 15,000 miles per year are .00200 and 59%, respectively for consumers ... Car_man, Hi! Any sort of support on the 2010 Element or 2011 Element....or just a standard lease program through Honda Finance right now. What would be Honda Finance's current standard buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36 month lease of a 2010 Element EX AWD or 2011 Element EX AWD? Regards, Cynthia

  • 2011 Element Highway Speed Vibration

    Written by: spectre15 on Jan 31, 2011 6:14:52 PM

I just purchased a 2011 Honda Element. Unfortunately, after driving the vehicle I have found that there is a constant vibration in the steering wheel at 55-70 mph. I have taken the Element to the dealer 4 times now. They have rebalanced all the tires, rotated them, and completely realigned the wheels. The last time, they put on better quality tires. At first I thought the issue was fixed, but it ... Read More

So, I'm just trying to verify that you meant to say the automatic is dead. I seek confirmation of your last statement since it directly contradicts the Honda site; i.e., honda.com implies the standard is no longer available. Yet, you say that CR says the automatic is no longer available. Who to believe? Or did you mean to say "standard" when you typed "automatic?" Thanks. —Thri

I can't find any info on the Honda site re: a 2011 Element. Not sure what to make of that. Has it been discontinued? Or just absolutely no changes from 2010? Also, our Edmunds site discusses a standard transmission on the 2010: "Every 2010 Honda Element is equipped with a ... five-speed manual transmission [as] standard.... ¶ EPA estimated fuel economy is ... 18/23/20 for manual-shift AWD models." Yet, I cannot ... Read More
