I'm located in St. Pete/Tampa/Clearwater area. So you think the numbers on May 2 will be better than what is available now? I've decided to offer them $500.00 a month including tax, 15,000 mile 39 month lease with $1500.00 down. If they accept it great if not then I will continue to shop.
thank you for the suggestions. The other strange thing is that the origional dealer on the paper is not my local dealer, is a dealer in FL, called Tampa Honda Land. I am just confusing why this car is transferred from a dealer in FL to Minnesota, where I live? Can not be sold in FL so that it is shipped to Minneapolis? I will ask dealer next monday.
My dad's last car was a Dynasty, and I also had one as a rental for a week in Florida, replacing a Taurus that hit a road snake on the Interstate between Orlando and Tampa and ruptured a gas line (now there's a story). Driving it back to back with the Taurus, it definitely came out second-best. Dad's was the same - soft, floaty, no fun at all to drive. I have driven some bad cars in my day and this was right up there witht he worst of them in terms of dynamics. I had a few Spirits as rentals back then and my recollection is that they weren't all that bad - sort of a K-car refined and grown up.
