>craigslist... Craigslist robbery victim recovering from bullet in jaw "A 19-year-old man is recovering from a gunshot wound to his jaw after two men robbed him Thursday night during what was supposed to be the sale of a dirt bike advertised on Craigslist.org. "Authorities said the shooting is part of a recent rash of local robberies involving items for sale on the popular website. Thursdays robbery was the first involving a shooting. "Trotwood police Sgt. Fred Beck said the victim, the stepson of a Dayton police officer, was released from Miami Valley Hospital on Friday. He said doctors left the bullet in the mans jaw, and that his injury is non-life threatening. "Beck said the man was shot in the face near Gardendale Avenue and Watkins Place about 6:30 p.m. Thursday. The victim, accompanied by a woman, drove a pickup truck with the motor bike in its bed when they met two men for the sale. "One of the two men shot the seller in the face and apparently fled on the bike that was for sale."

i agree with you sandman.i also seen this same identical car at my local hyundai dealership here in north miami beach.dealer would not budge from msrp of $18,450.00..did you ever think in a million years that a korean made car would command full sticker price?? 25 years ago when hyundai first started selling cars in the country if i had told you then that you would have to pay full msrp for car because it's a hot seller you would have said iam crazy..but that's how far they have come..you have to give credit where credit is due.....

Re: Speedo on my 03 just died [joen2] by thespeedoman on Mon Apr 25 10:59:07 PDT 2011

If you guys ever have problems with your speedometer I know a guy in miami that charges $200 bucks to repair it. He said it's a common problem with GM Chevy GMC and Hummers . He repaired all of my speedometer gauges for $260 bucks and now its like new again. He charges $200 for two gauges and charges $20 bucks for each additional gauge. He also replaced the blown out bulbs for the backlighting. I found him in thejuicylist dot com and he says he posts on backpage also. He comes to you and does it right on the spot. hope that helps you guys if your in the south florida area

Lostwrench--I am truly impressed! Those Puzzlers mostly make my head spin! And Magnette, Click & Clack are 2 brothers that host a long running radio show in the US on Public Radio called 'Car Talk'. It's kind of a humorous show where they dignose car problems (or marriage problems) from callers. You can probably stream their show from any NPR station website (my local station/site is WLRN in Miami). Now about that dark pic of the weird car with semi-'57 Plymouth fins and the strange c-pillar, is it a Vauxhaul?? (of course I've never seen any vehicle that looks like it).

Re: Please advice on LS460 pricing [fromsocal] by sleeper41 on Thu Apr 21 03:05:25 PDT 2011

In September 2009, as the 2010 were about to arrive, I paid $900 under invoice for a 2009 LS460 at Lexus of N. Miami Beach. I searched the "net" for the dealer with the most LS 460's left over. They had 34.
