>I had no idea there could be 12 different models, same size, same brand. Richard said he was pricing an LCD model and not the LED version. So I chose the highest priced of the LCD models, which is probably what I would look at--I seldom get cutting edge technology because it if goes wrong or is weak, you're stuck. I like tried and true. I assume same-sized models have different features added on as well as better electronics? I personally don't like BB and their business model along with their store's way of handling problems in the past. I cringe when someone gives me a gift card as a gift for the place because I have to work to use it up. I find the HH Gregg salespeople more knowledgeable (older) and clear that they are there to make a sale which is what earns their paycheck. As Randy Jackson on American Idol would say, they are "in it, to sell it."

Yes, the tornados have been very bad. We had terrible storms all day yesterday with some minor damage for us. I will say that the media covered it all day. I don't know Tom. I guess the world is so depressed that they're tired of hearing such bad news all of the time. So many people around the world looked forward to this wedding. They reported that two billion people watched it from around the world, with one million people in London for the event. It's an escape mechanism, a chance to see a fairy tale come true. I do agree with you that we shouldn't ignore what is happening to our fellow citizens in this country. We were shut off from them for four hours. At least it wasn't as bad as when Michael Jackson died. You couldn't get other news then for at least a week. The media certainly thrives on emotion, making money, and dictating what we will and will not see. That doesn't even take into account how they put their own slant on the news. I'm from the Chet Huntly/David Brinkley generation. They reported the news; they didn't try to make it the way that they wanted it. Your concern and compassion for others is noted. I highly respect that. Richard
funny. I observed the same thing this morning. I was only look at the mid-grade price, but the Hess in Jackson was $3.78, while the Sunoco was $3.89. Not even close.
at the Hess station: $3.51/$3.61/$3.71 at the Sunoco: $3.49/$3.69/$3.79
