They are assembled here as a ruse to fool the American public. My Sequoia was 85% US content built in Princeton IN. Way more content than most Government Motors vehicles. My previous 1990, 1993, 1996, 1999 & 2005 GM trucks were mostly from Canada and Mexico. Do some research, the Camry and Accord top all Domestics on US content. kirstie....oldbearcat, Every year I do a road trip. Starting from Cincinnati, there are some beautiful drives into Amish country, or driving south over the OH river into KY. There's the bourbon trail, which eventually leads to Georgetown, home of the Corvette plant and Corvette Museum, always a fun drive. Go a little further south, and you're in Nashville, which in my opinion, offers up the best amateur music you'll find in any city (including NYC and LA). I've been through Nicholasville several times. Anyone who is even mildly a fan of really good bourbon will find the holy grail of bourbon, driving through some beautiful scenery in KY.

Noticed my absence? We celebrated our 30th anniversary (with the kids) aboard Royal Caribbean's "Freedom of the Seas" last week!! Port Canaveral - Labadee, Haiti - Ochos Rios, Jamaica - Georgetown, Grand Cayman - Cozumel, Mexico - Port Canaveral. We had to dig out on Friday 1/21 to make our flight to Florida. Very glad we gave ourselves a few extra days for contingencies. We went with friends (our Best Man). Our youngest stayed with them in Orlando and went to Disney on Saturday, and I took my older daughter Emily to the Kennedy Space Center. She's a tech nerd (like her dad), so we had a great time. Sunday thru Sunday on the boat, and then a return to this horrible weather!!! I want to go back!!! A week ago Emily and I were on a jet ski dodging serious waves in warm, open ocean.
