I have a 2007 ford exp. el I have had the master cylinder repalced 3 times and still have brake peddel going to the floor I have to take it back to ford again. I think its a defect in the brake system

Well, they got me. I just got a call from the dealership and was told it will be $2K to replace the turbo assembly. I had thought this thread had a bunch of doomsday's in it and was just a bunch of guys complaining. Sorry about that guys. How do you stand a chance with this motor taking care of it using regular maintenance and getting this? Even the "el cheapo" brands last longer than this. Well, it looks like I have no other choice than to bite the bullet. Good luck to the rest of the CX7 owners.
We only did El Morro, as it supposedly has the better views. I didn't disappoint. It was HOT that day though, wow. The kind of sun you need a parasol for. I swear, at times you had no shadow. The sun was directly above.
Didn't make the kayak tour (sold out until the day after we left!) but had a good time anyway. Saw a Forester and a WRX, but not many subies there, old or new. Odd thing is - the dominant brand there seemed to be Mitsubishi, with the Lancer the most popular car by far. Perhaps it was because I stayed in San Juan and had 2 rental car lots right near me, but I saw more Mitsubishis in a week than I had in my lifetime! We rented a Lancer for a day, boring base model 2.0l CVT, and enjoyed the sights more than the car. I liked going off the reservation and checking out where the locals go. Overall very safe, easy travel (no passports), no currency issues since they use the US dollar. The US Park Service manages the Fort "El Morro" so that was a highlight (clean, A/C, and free the week we visited). The other highlight was the weather (81-87 degrees and no rain), the clean water (you can see your toes on low tide), and the fine sand on the beaches.
