Hello jdcmz1, I just got a quote from Scott Honda of West Chester and their quote is $29,116 so it appears to me that your quote from Piazza of Drexel Hill is the lowest. I am off this Friday so I am planning to buy that car. Please share me the contact person that you got it from. Thanks very much
njguy63, From this dealership that is a good quote, I was quoted $28,257 on the same vehicle (2011 EX-L Sedan V6 w/ Nav). I also got a quote from Piazza of Drexel Hill on the same vehicle for $27,255. I don't know how far you are from West Chester, but you could also try Scott Honda.
Just bought our first Hyundai ever. I researched and test drove cars for months. The 2011 Touring wasn't even in the running until I read some good reviews. We got the GLS, auto with PEP #2, iPod cable and mats for 16,260 incl 500 rebate and 720 delivery. This was more than 2,000 off MSRP and didn't require any annoying "special groups" rebates such as loyalty, military, student, etc. We used Truecar.com and worked great. No BS, no kabuki dance sales routine at the dealership. All email and phone. We love the car (overall 34-35 MPG, very easy driving), loads of features and best warranty. I would go to Gateway Hyundai again and will use Truecar.com. :D
Poodog - if you read my original post - I'm pissed because the first dealer wouldn't fix it (Infiniti of Willow Grove, PA). After I had it fixed and shelled out the $600, the service department at another dealership (Infiniti of West Chester PA) told me I had two loose bolts in the roof. There was reason to believe this was caused by a defect because the sections of the roof shouldn't press together enough to dent the metal. But I now know of at least two other people who have had this problem. So perhaps it is just shitty design work. I'm sure if you shelled out $50K for a car that could be damaged so easily, you'd feel differently.
"A 79-year old Queenstown man Wednesday morning drove into the side of the CVS Pharmacy in Chester three times. Richard Young was leaving the CVS on Piney Road in his new 2011 Ford F150 at about 9AM when he put the vehicle in drive instead of reverse..." Two things to note: An elderly driver, and a new vehicle. I didn't include the link because you need to be a subscriber to the paper to view.
