West Coast vs. East Coast - gas prices by igozoomzoom on Tue May 10 14:01:53 PDT 2011

Historically, gas prices in the L.A. area (or Woodland Hills, to be specific) have ran $0.80 to $1.00 more per gallon than here in Atlanta. My cousin lives in Woodland Hills and we talk almost every week. Just a few weeks ago, she had her first $100+ fill-up in a few years! Her 2007 Lexus GX470 requires Premium and she paid $4.59/gallon for just over 23 gallons. The prices here in Atlanta were running as low as $3.67/gallon for Premium (92 cents less). BUT…as of this posting, the difference is only 20 to 25 cents between the two cities!?? In Atlanta, the price for premium starts at $4.15/gallon and, in L.A., $4.35/gallon…. I have no idea what this means, but it seems like somewhat of a reprieve for some on the West Coast. =) For those of us here in the Deep Southeast, hopefully we’ll be seeing a significant drop very soon!

$26466 is probably with the $2500 incentive and no low financing; but I may be wrong.

I bought (Atlanta) the 2011 CX9 GT without the DVD as well. I had the DVD installed in the headrest. This system gives you better options anyway. Each passenger can watch what they want. I had this done through my dealer and the cost was $1400. This cost was the same as what I found outside the dealer as well.
